  • BRANDING

    Logo Design

    • includes design for business cards, email signatures, letterhead templates presentation deck templates (Canva, Google Slides or MS, your choice)

    • includes 2-3 rounds of edits, depending on timeline

    • includes all print ready and digital files

    • brand guidelines document

    • Does not include printing of business cards or other brand material

  • WEB DESIGN

    • includes 15-20 page website design & up to 3 forms (estimated page numbers are based on King West Medical example that was provided), i.e. Homepage, Patient Information, About, Contact, Services, etc.

    • Website to be optimized for mobile & desktop

    • Non-integrated booking system, either Ocean or Pomelo (separate platform purchased and operated by the client)

    • Website design via Squarespace, template examples include Clarkson or Paloma

    • 2-3 separate landing pages (if required - i.e. for directed traffic from social media or other websites)

    • Written content to be provided by client (UX editing by Aleks)

    • Post-launch website maintenance to be done by the client

    • Option for website images to be sourced by Aleks (client to provide guidelines)

    • Domain setup & verification

  • Branding Design Process

    Phase 1

    • Identify design/business goals and direction for brand

    • Brand ideation & creative strategy

    • Client is provided with questions pertaining to what their brand goals are. Brand ideation document contains a visual reference board and creative strategy based on brand goals

      Considerations for the design direction:

    • Inspirations for your logo - a visual reference board will be provided for client approval to ensure visual design direction is aligned

    • Brand positioning: identifying who you’re audience is, where you currently stand & what you want to be in their minds

    • Identifying key benefit statement: communicates the brand message & creates brand association

    Phase 2

    Logo Iterations

    • Round 1 of 3 logo iterations sent to client for selection/approval and/or edits

    • Number of rounds will depend on client feedback of round 1 iterations

    Phase 3

    • Narrow down edited iterations to final design

    • Development of brand assets including all file formats and colour versions of your logo and your final brand guideline document

  • Web Design Process

    Phase 1

    • Identify homepage and subpage goals

    • Competitor research

    • Identify solution to goals

    • Domain hosting set up

    Phase 2

    • Website strategy & sitemaps

    • Wireframing

    • Wireframes editing & approvals

    • Content Library & Allocation

    Phase 3

    • Layout & Design (considering accessibility, forms, email automation setup, 404 pages, URL redirects, landing pages, etc.

    • Inputting content and images

    • Site edit & general troubleshooting - checks for working links and forms, error messages, accessibility & functionality troubleshooting

    • Launch website
